Shawn R. Frost has studied Sun Tzu for 13 years, and has read over 30 books and taken numerous courses on Sun Tzu's art of war and eastern philosophy, as well as completing the stringent training requirements at the Science of Strategy Institute to serve as a master trainer. More importantly, he has utilized the principles to position his marketing and sales based company for rapid growth and success and ultimately for profitable sale. With his financial needs met, he had to reflect on what he wanted to do next and he decided to share the secrets with those who want to do better in competitive environements. He has since shared the secrets to understanding the simplicity of Sun Tzu with small business owners through keynotes, workshops and coaching. All have enjoyed the success of following this simple system that has been "Beta tested" for 2500 years with remarkable success! Shawn is a dynamic presenter with a gift for making the complex seem simple, and often entertaining. In addition to training in Sun Tzu's strategic model, Shawn earned a minor in eastern philosophy along with his honors baccalaureate in Experimental psychology with emphasis on behavioral models of learning.

He has an MBA with a specialization in Leadership Development. In addition to this, he has earned a certificate in executive leadership from Cornell University, which focused heavily on modern strategy, so he can bring both classical and modern business strategic perspectives to your organization. My mentor:

Over 25 years ago, Gary Gagliardi, Shawn's mentor, began training people in Sun Tzu's methods, starting with the salespeople at his own software company. When his company became one of the Inc. 500 fastest-growing companies in America, the large corporations with whom he worked began inviting him as a professional speaker at their sales meetings, customer events, and business conferences.

After he sold his software company, Gary continued offering strategic training and consulting in Sun Tzu's strategic principles. His books on Sun Tzu's strategy began to win regular award recognition, and organizations from all over the world began inviting him to deliver keynote addresses and provide strategic training and strategy seminars for them.

As worldwide interest in Sun Tzu has grown, Gary has began licensing qualified experts in strategy like me to both use and develop his materials. The resulting Science of Strategy Institute, of which I serve on the "masters council", is an international organization, dedicated solely to worldwide strategic training. As a member of his growing worldwide network of trainers, I am proud to offer a wide variety of training though The Warrior Academy and the Strategy for Leadership consulting firm.
